What can we say? We just like people. 

And that’s exactly why we want you to have an intuitive platform at your fingertips, one that connects the dots between your investments and your ambitions, between your communities, and your quest to learn more. 

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be rolling out a series of features offering a closer look at each of the Urvin platform’s unique features. We’re calling our new series Feature Features. 

Our goal, as always, is to keep things super friendly and super informative by giving you the lowdown on each platform feature:

• What it is; 

• How it works; 

• What you can do with it; and 

• What makes it so cool.

Think of this as the user’s manual for your Urvin vehicle. Now let's hit the road.

Communities

A place to engage other members of the community, learn from Urvin Experts, and get updates on everything happening on Planet Urvin. 

*Full Disclosure–we don’t technically have a whole planet yet. Maybe one day. For now, we have over 50 communities, and new communities forming every day, and they’re pretty awesome.

What It Is

Urvin’s social scene–an inclusive space for learning, sharing, and engaging.Where It IsBeneath the dropdown for your Hub, you’ll see a dropdown for Communities. From here, you can click the down arrow to view “My Profile” and “My Communities.

How It Works

Click on My Profile to view your own Posts, Comments, Mentions, and Post Drafts (i.e. Works in Progress).

Click on My Communities to view filtered posts based on the communities you’ve joined, community members, or mentions you receive in the community.

What You Can Do With It

• Create posts.

• Explore all the communities we have to offer.

• See everything that’s happening in the communities you follow. 

• Follow other members or experts, and receive updates every time they post or comment.

• Filter your view of community posts based on oldest, newest, most votes, and trending conversations. 

Why It’s So Cool

Urvin Communities are a living, breathing manifestation of everything we’ve dreamed of –a safe, inclusive space where we can get together, share knowledge, and act toward common goals. It’s also our direct channel to you–a place where we can bring you expert insights, unique points of view, and exclusive educational resources. 

As a member of our community, you are encouraged to become an active participant. We want to see your posts, read your comments, and understand your perspective.
