Over the next few weeks, we’ll be rolling out a series of features offering a closer look at each of the Urvin platform’s unique features. We’re calling our new series Feature Features.

What It Is

A daily spotlight on the ticker getting the most buzz in the News and in Urvin’s Communities.

Where It Is

On the top, right-hand side of your Hub, just below the “Connect Portfolio” Component

How It Works

The Mentions Component features one ticker dominating headlines and conversations over the last 24 hours.

What You Can Do With It

• Take a daily peek at the companies (and stocks) making front-page news.
• Get a snap assessment on the strength of “buy” or “sell” signals for the daily ticker.
• See how many mentions the daily ticker is getting in the headlines.
• See how many mentions the daily ticker is getting in Urvin’s Communities
• Add the featured Ticker to your Portfolio. Just hit the (+).
• Add the featured Ticker to your Watchlist. Just hit the (*).

Why It’s So Cool

The Mentions Component gives you an acute look at how the headlines and community buzz around a company can correlate to the ticker’s movement in the markets. This is an awesome way to better understand how real world events can and should inform your investment decisions.
